Kaoi Sushi - Mississauga

This place is amazing!! I almost cried with gratitude when I saw this and they have gluten free salad dressing. The sushi was amazing, I made reservations stating I was gluten free and when I arrived they already had my gluten free soya sauce at the table. This is my go to spot! The only thing is if you order a teriyaki bowl they don’t have gluten free teriyaki sauce so you can always bring your own.

Sushi Omigoto has great gluten free sushi options. My wife (celiac) and I have been here several times and have always felt safe ordering off their gluten free menu. I wish more sushi restaurants used Omigoto as an example and in the future can provide more gf options on their menus. Most sushi dishes can be made gluten free, they just need to be prepared in a gluten free space away from cross contamination. Highly recommend!

I ordered the gluten-free avocado and cucumber maki roll and the vegan tuna roll which they made gluten free for me. It was super yummy! And they included gluten free soy sauce and vegan spicy mayo. Definitely will order again!

There are gluten free tags on the menu for some items but its better to call them as they were able to adapt many items to be made without gluten. Also send gluten free soya sauce with our order. Food is very fresh and so good.
