Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Missoula

The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude. My friend placed an order on her app for pick up at 8:20, but we didn't receive our food until 8:45. The food tasted bad and there was something hard, like a bone, in one of the dishes. The queso was barely halfway filled. The cashier was the worst part of the experience - he was very rude and passive aggressive, barely paying attention to us and treating us poorly. I hope the management can improve and hire more respectful employees in the future.

I found a rock in my salad at this restaurant and the manager simply said it came from the farm. They offered to make me a new salad, but I had lost my appetite. The service was lacking, but at least I didn't break a tooth.

The staff at this restaurant need to be reminded that just because a customer is standing in front of them, it doesn't necessarily mean they only want to order a meal. I ordered nachos and was about to ask for an enchilada, but before I could say anything, the server rudely moved on to help the next person.

We had unplanned here this afternoon and did not know what to expect. the staff was efficient and friendly, eating was fresh and very good. only suggestion is that the larger tables were only few and where we were behind us was too close, so when the people were sitting there, it was unpleasant. will eat there again when we are in missoula.

If you order online, DO NOT wait for the app to tell you your order is ready for pickup.I ordered online and showed up to the store 10 mins prior to the pick up time I sat down and waited for my phone to notify me that your order is ready When it finally did, I walked up to counter and the girl said I don't see your order here,.... Oh wait, is that it over there As she pointed to the shelf on the wall which holds to-go orders, and sure enough my order had been ready 21 MINUTES BEFORE THE APP SAID IT WAS.It was ready before I even got there!!! So why did the app make me wait until my food was cold?
