Smokin' Guns Bbq Catering - Missouri

What a disappointment, Ì was looking forward to some award winning Brisket, so I had to stop here on my way through KC. Unfortunately what I was served was the worst Brisket I have ever had, it was extremely dry, I mean no moisture whatsoever, like it was several days old, and little to no flavor. On a positive note, it was the most expensive pound of Brisket I've ever bought too, I have eaten at several KC BBQ joints in the past, this place is on the very bottom of the list.

The pull pork was the best part of my 3 meats plate, the broccoli casserole was the best side dish. They definitely earned the big trophy that that they have on display at the counter.

Like a lot of others I saw this place in Triple D…Don’t let Guy fool you…it’s terrible!!!! Started with the mushrooms for an appetizer and they were burnt to a point of not being edible. The burnt ends weren’t much better…chewy and felt like they were left over from last week. They are only getting a second star because our server was very nice. Won’t be back!

Everything we had was so good and the staff were super nice and treated us like old friends right when we walked in on our first visit. Recommend!
