Steers - Mmabatho

Today I went to Steers Mega City at Mmabatho and I was disappointed. Most of the Steers across the country when you have paid for you food they will call out your order number when your order is ready but when it comes to Steers at Mega City, they don’t and you have to queue again to get to the order/pick up station to check if your food is ready which it shouldn’t be like that because some people waited and when they were told by other patrons that they won’t call your order number, you have to go to them and check if your food is ready. There was a gentleman who went there and found out that his food was long ready and cold, which I experienced the same thing as the gentleman. Can the staff be trained to call out the order numbers or have the orders shown on one of their tv screens so that we can know when our orders/food are ready.
