The menu is quite large and there were specials on a board as well. The seating places are fairly limited but it is clear that they also do a substantial takeaway trade.I note it is licensed with modest range.Atmosphere is "shop".I will be back.Note that they are not open Sun/Mon and they do not stay open all that late.Their website is helpful with lots of photos that matched what I saw when I was there.
We found this in trip advisor and the reviews were spot on!Food is tasty, good service but a little bit squashy but it was a great dining experience. We were all first timers and we were so happy. Value for money, cute little eatery. BYO too which makes it even better
What a pleasant find!A 15 seater, cute little local Japanese restaurant which reminded us of family run izakaya's in Japan. Licensed, serving a well priced selection of beer and wines. Excellent selection of entrees, mains, noodles etc. We over-ordered because we wanted to try everything; however we managed to finish it all! Small selection of deserts and we were offered a taste of a bean paste with walnuts before we decided on what to order. Macha ice cream was excellent; although the lemon tart was a little bitter and not as enjoyable as we'd hoped. Nevertheless, we loved dining here & will be back. Staff were very friendly & helpful.
Our family had been here before but we hadn't & we were in for a real treat, everything that arrived at our table was magnificent, quite possibly the BEST Japanese food I've had.
Very small restaurant with consistently great food and good service. Best dishes - soft shell crab and tuna tataki
