Dirty chair, one of my friends stained his shirt with something sticky. We asked for an ashtray 3 times, finally they brought one and we got a dirty one. I went to the toilet and there was no toilet paper. I ordered bocconcini with meat and they were looking disgusting, I could not eat it. My friend ordered bruschetta, it was written 4 bruschette on the menu but she received 3. They put one extra water on the check, and we were not allowed to pay by card. Definitely NOT RECOMMEND, it was the worst restaurant I have ever been at
We stopped by and ordered some cookies and bread, attracted by the fragrance of freshly baked bread that was wafting in the street. We sensed some attitude, for ordering two cookies and two small loaves of bread, but it was worth it.
Not recommended even if you're in a hurry! The place is utterly chaotic, with very slow service, a messy kitchen, incorrect orders loud disputes between unhappy customers bad tempered staff. The pizzas themselves were not worth waiting for. We didn't consume a third of what we were served...
A Saturday night ... busy ... ushered in by a keen waitress. Quick drinks order delivered to the table. We should have walked away. The service was appaling, seriously understaffed (especially in the kitchen) and extra tables placed anywhere to get in the customers. I think it is popular with the locals certainly the high volume of takeaways collected added to the delays. No updates of information from the staff as to why the long delay or offer of help sorting out a water spillage. To be fair, the food when if finally appeared was ok but I will never eat there again!
Just in front of the cathedral, it is bound to atract a few hungry tourists, like us. Everything was terrible, almost sure the courses did not have all the ingredients from the menu. Avoid!
