Moe's Southwest Grill - Monroe

This review is overdue. I stopped by on Monday, 02-06-23 to pick up my birthday burrito. It was almost free; had to pay taxes. I placed an online order. My food was hot ready when I picked it up.

Every table in the place was filthy. This is the second visit and just as bad. Trash was full. I understand if the place was busy but all three employees were at tables on phones and watching WWE on the tv when no customers were in line.

The meat was over cooked and dry. The portions were so small. It looked like I got a burrito from taco bell. The staff was fine other then making a small ass burrito. Overall very unhappy with the food. Would Give zero stars if I could

Gross! 10/18/23 probably the dirtiest we have ever seen the place. Chips for consumption sitting in a booth for guests. Inventory out in boxes in a booth, soda machine refills on the counter by the soda machine unstored. The cook hood covered in hand prints and smears.. cutting boards with meat sitting out uncleaned. Nightmare bathrooms and a 92 sanitation grade! Skip this Moe's! Gross, gross, gross!

Let me start by saying my food was REALLLY GOOD!!! However, it was filthy in there!! The workers were all young and very sweet however they needed some help. For example, if you're cooking, you should not use the same gloves you're wearing to cook to handle the register etc. Clean off the tables so patrons can sit and eat and wipe off the food counters so they don't look disgusting and covered with food.
