The employees look at us without ever coming to take our order and continuing to pass people through the drive-thru. We left after several minutes without anyone even coming to take our order. I can't say the service is bad, we just had no service at all Service: 1
Employees make many mistakes, sometimes provide leaking cracked glasses. When an order defect is reported, the customer is told they have a bad attitude and should go elsewhere. The service obtained during the week and on weekends is not at all comparable. I frequent this establishment six days a week, sometimes even several times a day. This is unfortunate and unacceptable. The employees present on weekends are not very nice. There is one in particular who seems to be harassing another. He does it in front of everyone, which is very embarrassing in my eyes. Service: 1
