Arby's - Montgomery

The staff completely messed up our order. I ordered a double stack Reuben, which was fine, but the other sandwich was supposed to be a Pecan Apple Chicken Salad. Somehow, they turned it into a Fried Chicken sandwich, which is beyond me. When I called to talk to the manager, I ended up speaking to a young girl who claimed to be a manager, and it took forever for me to explain the mix-up. I would recommend avoiding this place; you never know what you’ll get in your bag. It seems like a challenge for them. This isn’t the first time this has happened, either.

Even though there were just three people working, they managed to prepare our orders quickly, and everything was well presented.

The shake machine was reportedly out of order! After driving to four other fast food places, I found that four out of five had their machines down as well. It seems like this is just a case of lazy employees not wanting to do their jobs. It's disappointing! The pandemic shouldn't be an excuse for this; there are just people who need to be held accountable for not doing their jobs. What a letdown...

The worst food I've gotten from anywhere!!!!! If I could give it no stars, I would. If that's what a fish combo is, y'all really need to stop serving that mess. And I do mean mess!!! Ridiculous.

From any reason was put meat on a side of the sandwiches, can we make a better job? How do you like sandwich?
