This establishment is a prime example of how not to run a business. During my stay in Montreal, I visited this restaurant daily and consistently found them to be out of various items, hindering their ability to fulfill orders. There was a shortage of staff on one occasion, the bathroom was labeled as "out of service" despite being functional, and there was a lack of hand soap available for use. The staff mentioned that they sometimes use dish soap as a substitute. Additionally, one employee was impolite and unhelpful when I inquired about the ingredients in certain dishes. The owner must take charge and ensure that the necessary products are available to create meals, and that the staff receives proper training.
I spent over $50 ordering 7 items at this restaurant. I went in, placed my order, picked it up, and asked the staff to confirm it was correct. They assured me it was, and the name and number of items on the bill matched. However, when I opened the bag, I found another smaller bag inside and a box of something I didn't order. I called to address the issue, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. Overall, this place is disappointing.
My first and last experience at this place was really bad. The food was cold, the dining area was not clean, so we took the food for takeaway. We literally didn’t even eat the food we got from here.
Speaks zero french and looks/speaks at you like you're the problem, even though I was smiling and polite. So bad.. I wanted to spend 30$.. but spent it somewhere else
