There are two sittings: 6 pm and 8 pm. I booked a table for four at 6 pm and was informed that we would have to be gone by 8pm for the second sitting. Fair enough. The waiter was very nice, and suggested a lovely white wine. Service was prompt. We ordered the appetizer sampler platter which was delicious. Main dishes - chicken brochette, souvlaki pita, were all decent. We were finished our main courses by 7:15 pm and then we didn't see our waiter again until 8 pm. The restaurant was not super busy, and we were not asked to leave, but were offered coffee/dessert. It was nice to be able to linger over coffee, but the whole time I was there, I felt the pressure to be gone by 8 pm. We stayed until 8:30 with no problems.
I have been here over 15 times. Last time I came was in Spring 2016. The grilled sea bass is cooked to perfection. The Greek salad is a classic too! Their lemon potatoes are just decadent! Fried Zucchini is not to be missed. We had no issues with portions this time around! Everything was just perfect and we finished with their famous Loukoumades.
Went there for lunch with my family and we had the special of hamburger meat with rice, potatoes and salad. The flavours were there but it wasn't extraordinary. The soup that they gave as an entre was ok as well, tasted like any other chicken broth soup with vegetables and noodles. I guess I would go again but would try something from the menue next time.
Hadn't been back in years but friends insisted. Had very low expectations & restaurant delivered, again. Lazarus, our friendly waiter, suggested small plates of seafood appetizers for 6, with some lamb, potatoes & chicken dishes as main meal. As was the case before, on first visit, the food was still low quality- greasy under-cooked potatoes, chicken with no chicken but lots of bones, stale-tasting seafood etc..but Greek salad was OK- hard to screw this up. The Locomadis deserts were equally tasteless-no syrup, just a bunch of dough rolled up in a ball. Cannot understand why people would highly rate this place given the exaggerated prices charged for what they serve.
