J'y étais un mois d’octobre avec mon fils, un régale ; commande à volonté sur une tablette, on a du demander plus qu'il ne faut tellement c’était alléchant mais bon c’était bon mais on a du tout manger il faut pas gaspiller la nourriture , le service n'est pas rapide ; il est plutôt instantané; fabuleux BRAVO A TOUTE L EQUIPE... Ce que User n'aime pas dans Sushi Crystal :
C'était mon restaurant préféré à Montréal jusqu'à ce que je sois extrêmement mal accueillie. Au dîner, j'avais commandé à 2:55pm et on a eu notre première assiette à 15:40. Les serveurs sont bêtes et on ne se sent pas à l'aise à cet endroit, principalement Ivan, ce serveur a été le pire de tous les restaurants que je suis allée de toute ma vie. Il ne me parlait pas, ne me disait pas merci et en plus de ça, il servait... Voir tous les avis.

Je ne recommande plus ce restaurant parce qu'ils ne sont plus capables d'offrir un service de qualité.
On Saturday, I went to this restaurant to have dinner with my friends and it is a awful experience in my life. During the dinner time, all the waiters' altitude is good but the sashimi and vegetables are not fresh, when we finish the dinner, the manager who is wear glasses and a little fat man give us the bill, we wanna separate the bill, but the manager reject our request and attitude is too strict. His said: 'we don't have time too separate your bill'. After that, one of my friend is so angery, so she don't want to pay tips, but the manager compel us to pay 15% tips, we feel so disrespectful. After that, we asked the waiter who is he, they said he is manager. I believe that is a disguisting manager that I never seen.
Most of the waiters are really helpful and friendly. On Easther Sunday our group was stuck with a grumpy, rude waiter. I had the misfortune of wishing him a Happy Easter. He just snarled that he doesn't celebrate Easter and walked away. I don't celebrate Easter either but if someone wishes me a Happy Easter I just smile and say thank you. Three members of our group immediately wanted to leave without ordering. The only reason we stayed was because two other waiters offered to take his place. During our meal the stocky waiter shot daggers with his eyes each time he passed. We asked to see the manager but he never came. This waiter obviously hates his job and he doesn't try to hide it. Maybe he should try something in telemarketing! I have been a faithful client for three years and have brought them many friends and family members. Since our last meal, I wrote them directly on their site, twice and never got any answer. Personally, I don't feel the need to pay someone to insult me or my family. I don't see myself going back! I was a regular client at this restaurant but never again. One of the servers,short and stocky was extremely rude. No smile and aggressive. We asked to change waiter and he kept passing by our table with an angry look on his face. The manager did not even bother to intervene although we asked to see him. Our habitual waitress saw us and excused herself on behalf of this waiter and served us even if it wasn't her section.
Have been here several times over the past few years..always seated in the front near the window. Today was told not possible to sit there..we were shown to a booth in the back...waiter extremely rude after we wished him a Happy Easter...and continued his rudeness...when asked if we could have another server he threw in our faces that he would be the one serving us..no. choice....at which point we almost walked out....we were ultimately served by someone who has known us over the years....but that first server has no business working with the public...for shame Sushi Crystal.
