The personal does not seem to be aware of what is vegan or not. I had the Tofu band mi sandwich and it was very delicious. they have not desserted vegetable milk or vegans. also they could use more sweet and edible flowers from their own gardens, sad to see that they do not implement this.
The restaurant du jardin botanique was vegetarian in 2020. they can go to the restaurant without going to the botanical garden (for which they need to buy a ticket to board.) it is a cafeteria restaurant with sandwiches, salads, desserts, coffees and a teller of the day. they also have beer and wee. Vegan options are not marked. they need to ask what is vegan, but the personal is friendly and white, which means vegan. when I was there, they had an Asian tofu wrap and a veggie pattie sandwich that were vegan. I had the Asian tofu wrap that was in order. the prices are okay, they would think that as it is located right next to the entrance of the botanical garden, it would be really expensive, but the prices were really fair (8$ for a large package.) there is also a beautiful terrace with large trees and a fountain.
The staff appears to be unaware of which dishes are vegan. I tried the tofu banh mi sandwich, which was delicious. However, they do not offer plant-based milk or vegan desserts. In addition, it would be nice to see more vegetables and edible flowers from their own gardens on the menu. It's disappointing that they do not incorporate this.
I didn't have high expectations for this restaurant, but it exceeded them. The falafel was flavorful and satisfying. The dahl was exceptional, and be sure to try it without the yogurt. Definitely worth going out to eat here!
