My son is a vegan and loved his bean and rice burrito with guacamole $4.45). It was huge!. I am not vegan, or even a virgin for this matter, so I ordered chips and guacamole $2.80), carne asada tacos $2.35 per), and cheese and onion enchiladas $3.95) ala carte. The chips were too greasy as if they had just been reheated in the deep fryer, but quite well with a small crushed cheese and a little more guacamole on the top. I needed some guacamole, so I went back to the counter to get an additional side order for the chips and my tacos, but when I asked to pay, no fee was told. Wow, gracias!

The Carne asada tacos came on large corn tortillas and were cut with beef, cubed onions, pico de gallo, guacamole and a little shredded cheese... as I like... buenísimo! You also have a small salsa bar with three different salsas two red and a green), some pico de gallo, fresh cut lime, paved jalapeño and cut carrots. They were all great, but I had to taste everyone to find out how hot they were, so some signage would be my only suggestion. The Enchiladas were also very good. The red chili sauce was spicy and delicious and there was only the correct amount of cheese to sauce ratio. The only drawback is much too many cut onions on the top instead of a few fenced onions within the enchiladas. The taste was quite the same, but it was hard to see the enchiladas through the onions and they were a bit overwhelming. Overall, the food was fresh, excellent and very reasonable. Coming from Lawrence, Kansas, where they do not seem to know what is good, authentic Mexican food, Rodolfo 's was a breath of fresh air in more than one. As a cold Colorado night, the place was a little cooler than expected, so dress warm and enjoy some good food. CombatCritic gives Rodolfo 's Mexican Grill 8 bombs from 10... Más Bombas Son Mejores!
The tacos are great, all the dishes I have tried for a long time are really good, the service is fast, the selection is great, and the prices are very fair. I would really appreciate if they repainted the floor, and clean the tables, floor and windows more often. Many more people would eat and eat there if that were the case, and therefore I give this advice. I want them to stay forever and whisper so I can always eat there. Honestly, Lyn
The best place in town for cheap, authentic and tasty Mexican dishes! The California Burrito is a personal favorite! Stop at any time, it is open 24 hours at the N Academy!
Excellent Mexican street food. Prices are a bit on the expensive side so make sure to only ask for one or two tacos. We got carne asada nachos, 2 carne asada tacos, and 2 chicken tacos. Ample seating. Order up front and pick up when they call out your order. We have been wanting to try this place for a month or so and we were glad we got to experience it. If you like Mexican street food make this a place to visit.
