The team at this location is always friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure that every order is perfect while delivering exceptional customer service. I would happily go out of my way just to visit this Chipotle!
I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle in Mount Laurel/Moorestown, NJ. The service was lacking, and the dining area was quite dirty. There were no forks or napkins available, which was frustrating. It appeared that the manager, Kristen, didn't seem to care about these issues. The restaurant really needs to hire better staff, especially those answering the phones. Overall, it was not a great visit.
I visited this restaurant at 6:30 PM on a Friday, and I was disappointed to find that they were out of fajita veggies and lettuce. Given that it wasn't busy and there were 5 or 6 staff members working, I expected better preparation. Considering the prices they charge, it would be nice to have all the ingredients available.
I mistakenly ordered food from this location on the app and called immediately to try and catch them before they made it. After over 5min trying to get through to a person at the store I finally did. After explaining the situation to someone who didn't sound like they wanted to anwer the phone I was told oh you need to cancel online not call us. I told them I was trying to stop them from making the food so they didn't waste it and I hear her say did you make this bowl yet because he's not pick up and click inwas hung up on.
Don't go here if you want gauc...they won't have it.....Also put an insane amount of hot salsa when i asked for MILD salsa food was not edible. Smallest portions of everything. Waste of money. Chipotle always seems to find a way to disappoint. This facility also happens to be the worst I'd ever been to. Go to Qdoba instead better portion, better price, and better experience over all.
