You're probably already there you lucky person. If you're on the fence, jump off and give them a shot. Prices can give you sticker shock, but the food is good. Really good. Mind you, I like butter noodles, and my wife is fond of reminding me that I can make them myself, which I know. I can make about six bags of egg noodles, with butter, and it would be fine and cost close to or less what the meal here costs. They're fine, but they don't have the good cheese on them, they're not perfectly prepped, and they're not made by delightful staff who know their business. And I have to cook them myself. Noodles and Company are great for lazy people on the go who like noodles, and who make an event out of using those fancy flavor generating soda machines. Foods great, pop is great, staff is great. I like this place so much.
Absolutely horrendous, wait times anywhere between 30-60 minutes even for small orders. The tables were not clean and there was old food underneath the booths. The mac and cheese was burnt and lumpy with some off putting brown/black stuff in it that ended up getting me sick. This place has gone downhill since they reopened, and they just need to be shut down at this point. I do not recommend ever setting foot in this place unless you want food poisoning and long wait times. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. go the extra 3-5 miles and go to the other locations in Fargo.
I ordered the Japanese pan noodles. I don't like mushrooms, so I asked if I could replace them with something else. I chose the snatch. I thought it was a free swap. no, 75 cents charged. I'm going to order. I paid .75 cent for four snap bracksen (technically 5 but one was small) that is it. I have 5 pieces of brokkoli, which was in the rough and only warmed a little. I don't think that the nice ones were washed properly because they tasted chemically. it came up with cilantro. they do not take the time to separate the stems so that I had huge stems from cilantro above. the noodles were good.
There was definitiw plus and minus this restaurant. slow service disorganized, the place too warm in the inner and high prices. but they cook their pasta really well, they can choose their own soda and go their own refills, very child-friendly also, with booster and high chairs. I liked my eating, but place felt crowded and small. I had fun coloring the color leaf with crayons. a good visit.
The staff was very busy as it was the lunch hour. we had to wait a moment or two until they take our order. friendly customer service. clean and beautiful atmosphere. after the order, the food was prepared and served very quickly. great eating as usual. I enjoyed one of my favorite padhai with grilled chicken. it was so good! I'm glad to come back soon!
