Genki Sushi - Moreland

If you don't know how to serve the customer, please quit the job and stay home. I have been to DFO Essendon today, there is only Asian food open in the food court. I don't usually leave negative feedback for any shop till I tasted the food from this Japanese Sushi place. You can even call it Japanese restaurant as they ran by a group of Chinese people. Never had that kind of service in any of Japanese restaurant in SYD, RUDE and Bad Attitude. The food was totally different with Japanese food. and they don't even make it fresh as we paid for the special order. I will never ever come again for it even I m hungry. Shame on them~~!!!! I don't understand why the shop still there?

Although the taste is not too bad, the food on the bain marie really look so unappetising and not freshly cooked. However, they are really the only asian place at Essendon DFO.I had the honey chicken and veg with tofu: 2/5Price: $13.10 - 4/5Service: 5/5Overall: 3.7/5

Overall, my recent visit to this sushi restaurant was a letdown. It seems like many sushi places are becoming lazy and complacent, focusing more on quantity than quality. I will continue my search for a truly exceptional sushi joint, but this one won't be on my list of recommendations.
