Marcello's Pizza - Moreno Valley

The pizza is nothing fabulous....your'e better off eating at little caesars,the buffalo wings are pretty good, I might try this one more time (it was a monday so maybe it was a bad day lol)

To start with the service there was bad, I got there before a few people came in. I saw the guy making my two large pizzas I ordered and he wasn 't wearing any gloves nor would he wash his hands after touching dirty surfaces. Two guys came after me and I told him that my sister still need to order. He told me let me get the guy 's order first, the guy ordered three large pizzas. Then about four guys came together and ordered as well. I waited for about 30 minutes like they said and they prioritize the other guy 's order. To keep in mind they didn 't not order through the phone they ordered in person and that place does not have pre made pizza. After he handed the guy his three large pizzas he asked my sister if she still wanted to order. I was telling her not to order no more in-front of the guy ,but she still ordered. The guy then asked her why are you guys nervous . We weren 't nervous at all just the service was not welcoming at all and it 's something they need to work on. The reason i went there in the first place is because my boyfriend and his family would go there in 2018 and remembered it was good. I guess it was better back then. I searched casanova 's facebook as well and no wonder they were putting their business up for sale.

Not impressed and our pizza looked nothing Iike the pictures. My opinion. The pizza was dry and the veggies were diced up so small hard to taste, pepperoni was scarce and dry as well. Will not go back to this place.

Ordered a large pizza and 4 piece chicken tender. Took way too long and when I got home I discovered my pizza was made very wrong. Pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms was ordered...got jalapeno peppers, bell peppers, mushrooms and olives. I am never coming back.

The pizza is delicious and the customer service is phenomenal
