Hibachi Blue - Morrisville

The meal was awful... steak overcooked and ext dry/chewy! The vegetables were hard as rocks and barely cooked... no flavor whatsoever! The noodles were mushy and stuck together... wouldnt recommend this place for takeout, or maybe at all!

Chicken was good as usual, last couple of times the rice has been over seasoned with black pepper though.

Fast Delivery but I got two hibachis and the rice has zero flavor. If it wasnt for the white sauce and protein it wouldnt be good. Dont use sticky rice for hibachi and leave it for the sushi.

Dumplings were over cooked yet mush on the inside, too many mushroom slivers in soup. hibachi steak was good though, some veggies undercooked like broccoli and zucchini

New ownership definitely improved this restaurant. Great quality and yum yum sauce dispenser makes it one of my favorite hibachi places
