I love pumpkin smoothes, but I feel that they leave the spices recently, maybe to save money. In any case, the quality has gone down, but I don't know why. I might have to give up my beloved smoothies.
I was a loyal customer and enjoy the smoothies. The smoothies are consistent and I like the reward program. One day I wanted to know what the amount of sugar was in one of the mixtures. I called and the man I spoke with was very unfriendly and told me he didn't want to help me because he was busy with other people and was hung up. He wouldn't help when I called back later. I am disappointed by this lack of customer service. Update: The owner made me a personal email to track the situation. Thank you.
I had to change my review. I'm here 2 to 3 times a week. Some of the employees are not interested in wishing the customers and are very unprofessional. The post here so that the management can address this.
I've been here for years, dear Smoothie King. However, the taste is uneven. I usually get the same smoothie with the same improvements every time. Each now and then it would taste delicious near and it was easier in color. The first time I thought it was a fuke. The second time I went back and did it again. Then I noticed that every time it tasted tasteless, the male owner had made it. Once I told him something and he said he was following the recipe. Unfortunately, this had led me not to go so much as I have no idea of his work plan. It tried again this week... the same result, the same person works.
I?ve been 3 different times and each time has been wonderful. Friendly staff, eager to help; easy to read and comprehend menu; quick efficient service. As a pregnant lady who has a picky palate and a regular work out routine, I really appreciate this place. Decent price and if you pick the right thing, it can keep you full for a few hours.
