A few weeks ago, I complained about the poor quality of the food I ordered at this restaurant. I had tried the new footlong churro and pretzel, but both were extremely hard and impossible to eat. The owner responded with a promise to reimburse me on my next visit. However, when I followed up via email asking for details on the reimbursement process, I never received a response or any form of compensation.
