A sweet, authentic french caffe in the heart of bridgepoint, mosman, specializing in tea, quiches, cake, baked, brot and coffee. Of course, the original load still exists on the other side of the military road, but this place is much more accessible to the masses as they come to do their weekly load! chef le breton opened this Mosman Institute after having come from France almost 30 years ago. he cultivated his skills as a patissier in le mans and paris before he sat his stallions on sunny sydney. a popular loading in the Mosman community. dive for a fast strawberry tar, eclair or vanilla slice. at my last visit they had sold out of the very popular ham and cheese croissant, so this now...read more
A great place to take a coffee, take a break after shopping in the next IGA/Harris farm. very comfortable location and friendly staff. while the desserts were not very satisfactory, I personally like the mandel croissant. my favorite is the flat white.
