Fryday - Motherwell

The food was cold, soggy, and overly greasy. It did not seem fresh and appeared to be reheated. The customer service was poor, as when I called to complain about my order being cold, they suggested I heat it up in the microwave myself. They mentioned being rushed and delayed due to road works, and couldn't guarantee when my order would be delivered. When I declined to heat up the food myself and asked for a fresh and warm order in the future, the woman I spoke with tried to argue with me and blamed the delivery people. I ended up throwing the food away and decided not to order from them again. The woman called me multiple times afterward to argue and give cheek back, which I found to be unprofessional. I would not recommend this place, as it is not common for take away shops to ask customers to heat up their own food after it has gotten cold.

My order was delayed for over an hour, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and horrible. I had to throw it in the bin as it was inedible. I could have just flushed 30 pounds down the toilet and it would have had the same effect. This will be the first and last time I order from this restaurant. I have lived in different countries and this was the worst meal I have ever had.

The only problem is that there isn't much available as soon as you walk in off the street.

Asked for a donnar wrap and was given a paper wrap as the paper around it was inside my meal. Unprofessional staff wanted an award for rudeness and the next day my sh*t came out very bad. Onions left out uncovered on the counter where anybody could tamper with them. Trust me if you want you guts on fire this is the place to start.

Disgusting attitude by the kebab side. Asked the guy for a kebab after him serving the new meat to other customers he then proceeds to use the old kebab meat then rolled the paper inside the kebab.
