The Country Club - Mound City

Came here strictly for food and it. Was. Awesome. I am not a bar-goer or partyer, so I am mot going to mke any comments towars the actual bar itself. You can tell the food is home made and not something that comes out of a package. The onion petals were amazing. Every piece was crispy. Maybe a little too much breading, but they were still awesome. I had a hamburger and fries for my me. Hamburger was cooked to a good temperature amd the fries were a natural cut steak fry. I know it is a private club so smoking is allowed. Thats the only down fall to me. I hate the smell of smoke, especially when I am eating. Regardless, I would still go back and eat there again.
