Contribuer aux commentairesThe food at this restaurant was delicious and nicely presented. The portion sizes were decent, and we ended up ordering a lot of takeout for a mid-week family meal.
I would not recommend the king prawn laksa at this restaurant. It lacked tofu and was very bland and tasteless. I suggest trying the laksa at Pho 96 on MacArthur Square, as it is much better in comparison. Save your money and skip this dish here.
This was our second visit to this restaurant in 4 weeks. Our first visit was okay, but nothing special... our second visit was really disappointing. We ordered the 'Special' Fritti (not sure why it was special) and it should have been called the 'Pretty ordinary' Fritti, as it had no flavor. The fillet steak with baby maize vegetables was overcooked and bland. The pastry on the 6 mini spring rolls was dry and lacking filling. My wife and I were both very disappointed with our meals and have decided not to return for a third visit.
I and my mother ordered offers from here, ordered a satay chicken among others and they gave us pigs... we cried to tell them and they said: "No, 100% chicken, it just looks the same" tested like pork, and had the texture of pork,...and no piece of chicken in sight. Disappointed as my mother doesn't eat pork so she couldn't eat it and didn't care about it.
Went to house of bamboo with family for my Birthday, we were a large group and the staff were more then happy to accommodate us. The meals were great and affordable.
