I assume the employee felt sensitive and complained to the manager on duty. When I tried to ask what was going on, the employee accused me of being racist and threatened to call the police. I was shocked and denied any intention of racism. I offered to call the police myself to sort out the situation. Feeling disrespected and unfairly treated by Tim Hortons, my partner and I decided to leave. I am not one to seek conflict but I feel that an apology is necessary from your employees for this misunderstanding. I am a dissatisfied customer and I expect better service in the future. If you're in the middle of shopping in the area, make sure to stop here for a sandwich and tea. The food is your usual fare, but I tried the black forest ham combo and it had a good taste. However, my main issue, as with many other Tim Hortons locations, is the long waiting time. I understand that the drive-thru takes priority, but when there's a line of 10 or more customers, they really need to have more than one checkout. We often choose to skip Tim Hortons and go to a nearby McDonald's or Robin's location for faster service and food that is just as good.
The smell of coffee roast awaits you with smiling staff to give you too great. The first time the wafer breakfast sandwich tries. Nice.
Had a sandwich and coffee it was ok always higher price per day. Although the food is fine again, up and down again....
Wow what a difference in service over the past while. Fantastic drive thru service at this location. Lines are moving fast and minimal wait time. I hit this Tim's every morning at 630 am and every day its good. Really efficient Congrats.
