Andy's Frozen Custard - Mount Prospect

This place is great. Trees are amazing, service is fabulous. We look forward to Andy's after special events. On the other day we came with two families and ordered 9 desserts. The order came out quickly and everything was perfect. Seriously, this place rocks.

Well, if your looking for some good ole fashion ice cream, Andy's is the place.I recommend the butter pecan concrete, it has a twist of butterscotch. one of my favs.

Best ice cream place in the area. You always find something delicious with their creative inventive ice cream creation. In the summer be prepared for the lines are long both for walk up and car drive up. But believe me this will be well worth the wait.

I have had frozen custard at Culver's in several locations. It's OK, kinda like a little more richly flavored ice cream. Last week, a friend and I went to Andy's. We each had chocolate and vanilla. Holy Cow, this custard is head and shoulders above any other in the area! Those 2 flavors are so different from one another the perfect smooth creamy vanilla and the perfect rich deep chocolate! Tough to stay on a diet with this amazing treat close by, LOL!

ZERO STARS. My order was wonderfully ready after 20 minutes as I ask for a refund, no exaggeration. Saturday, 20. May 2023 at 10:15 am I have placed an order in the walkable window for a small triple chocolate concrete. It was a busy night, so I asked for a reception to remember my order, but the cashier only replaced the empty role in the machine when I asked, and apologised that the machine prints all orders before me, no idea at this time, at which time they forgot to replace the revenue and did not give customers their revenue. A lady employee announced three times for a similar piece of chocolate, but no one collected so that the employees saved this product in their freezer. All those who have ordered before me have received their order and have gone. Then I remembered other customers who were what they think was their order, as the lady employees we repeatedly announce as if it was a scene in the meat market, while concrete and ecstard hold in their hands, which made it difficult to check as no revenues were distributed before me. Staff were dismantled with the orders, inconspicuous for the status of revenue, and gave me no receipt confirming my refund that the system does not print any refunds. Do not waste your time, avoid at all costs for your own holiness. I have to check my bank for the refund transaction in the next few weeks.
