I probably didn't need the extra rice, but if you're looking to share the meal between two people, it's an affordable option. The food was served quickly and was quite delicious. I'm looking forward to trying more items from their menu!
On a beautiful winter day in Seattle, I stumbled upon this incredible restaurant. I had the fantastic pineapple with jasmine rice and chicken, along with some Chinese broccoli. I also tried their Thai coconut soup with shrimp, vegetables, and mushrooms, and it was simply the best!
I'm not quite sure how this place has 4.5 stars. Lured by that rating, hubs and I decided to give this place a try since it is close to where we're staying for the weekend in Lynnwood. We shared an order of the spring rolls (they only have the fried version, even though a picture on their display board shows the fresh version. Hubs ordered the Tom kha soup and I had Shrimp and broccoli in oyster sauce. Everything was fine. Not bad, not great, but fine. Service was very fast, and we had our food within mere minutes of ordering. I'd give this place a chance in trying other entrées, but based off of this first visit, I can't give it more than 3 stars (I'd give 3.5 if I could, just because service was that fast and attentive).
Rating: 3/5 - The Pad Thai was quite sweet, and they only provided dry spices on the side. Rating: 5/5 - I had the pineapple rice for the first time today, and it was excellent. Rating: 4/5 - The fried spring rolls were a bit pricey; three of them cost $37.
I ate dinner in the thai family restaurant about 8 times in 5 weeks at the beginning of this year. their dishes were delicious. I like my Thai dishes very sharp and their kitchen staff not disappointed.
