Cosy restaurant, super friendly and quick service. Beverages and also both ordered foods came extremely fast and that on a Sunday evening! And then it was also super delicious. We are thrilled and come back safely!

Great was the mourning with me when Shane left my neighborhood a few months ago to take over the Asam Schlössl. After a few months without that, in my humble opinion, local with the best price performance ratio in Munich, I finally managed to make it his new stay today to check whether kitchen and service can continue with established star restaurants under Augustinian patronage. I say, yes! His team seems to be mostly moved, I have at least some familiar faces. The service is still top-class! Unfortunately, I was able to test limited stomach size so far only three dishes, but I have already guaranteed the excellent quality of Stew, Zander and Ribeye Steak. From my side there is nothing to complain... well, almost nothing. Unfortunately, there is no more homemade Ginger Beer and therefore no legendary Tokyo Mule: . Still smooth 5 stars and a clear recommendation! Despite a longer journey, I will continue to arrive regularly at the best host of the city!
