I love their donuts more than Sheetz but when they're supposed to open at 4 am then they should open at 4 am. Sat and waited for 10 minutes for them to open. 5 after 4 the door was still locked and the women were standing in the back. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited at counter and employee failed to acknowledge my presence so I walked out . Note I was the only person at the counter and 3 employees behind the counter all seem to be working drive-thru.

This place is the most inefficient place I have every visited. What ever system they are using is a total waste of time both the companies and the customers. Whoever the manager is needs to serious monitor the complete lack of efficiency of this location. America May run on dunkin but hughesville sure as hell don't. The older lady working the counter is like the grinch that stole Christmas instead of being thankful she has a job she mopes around and drags her feet making everyone who has somewhere to be late. I waited 20 minutes in line for a peanut butter cup donut. They filled my coffee order but somehow walked by the peanut butter cup donuts a dozen times oblivious while filling multiple orders much more complex than mine. Hire some competence PLEASE YOUR STORE IS THE WORST IN 30 miles!
