La Loma Mexican - Murfreesboro

Absolutely the best, most authentic Enchilada sauce anywhere in the states. I even go there to buy Sauce to make Enchiladas home. Very nice waitress, too.

At 2650 St. Andrews you will find this jewel of a Mexican restaurant (in Publix Shopping Centre), in a city with many Mexican restaurants to choose from. Portions and prices are good, food is well presented and tasteful. The 32oz cup ice cold beer for $3,89 are hard to beat. The atmosphere is appealing and quiet compared to some other facilities in the area. Service is good, maybe just a tad slow, but still acceptable. For three weeks, food, serving and service have been consistent here three times.

Fast service, good food and very friendly staff! We were very impressed. We also like that they have lunch specialities at the weekend - many restaurants don't.

Some were between Carmen's and Camino Reale . If you're familiar with local Mexican restaurants, you'll find some of them.

Great little place to eat. The Hawaiian is a very interesting mix of flavors highly recommend! Quick seats and quick food.
