Kfc In Rac - Murlin Heights

This place shouldn’t even be open. We placed an online order thinking it would be easier, so I pulled up to the drive thru and told them I had an app order, they said I had to come inside to order. I go inside to find 10 other people waiting for their orders, mind you it’s almost 8pm. Waited for an additional 30 mins, overall ended up being almost an hour from when the order was placed until it was ready. They almost gave my order to someone else, thank god I stopped them. I checked the bag and they STILL got the order wrong. There were 6 people working, so it wasn’t an understaffing issue. I have little faith in the future of this country if establishments like this are able to stay open and the people working there are so dumb. It’s chicken, not rocket science.

After my negative reveiw they came up with 8 pieces of chicken only on Tuesday s for ten dollars which is a really good deal especially with prices skyrocketing on everything.

The food was delicious and fresh. The only problem was they got my order wrong. I payed for a 12 piece nugget, but only received a 5 piece. I was home when I realized. Definitely will check right away next time.

Everytime we have gone.. it takes forever and we get the wrong food.
