This hotel is on the road to Murudeshwar temple. It is hardly 500 m detour from highway. Parking is not closed but in the open area around Hotel. A tiny lift and just ok rooms. We didn't order any food so no comments there. Manager was friendly. Good thing is Hotel is not using plastic water bottles , which is very bad for both health and environment, but provided water jug and glasses. Green star for this. For a short visit , it is passable hotel on NH 66.

We (a group of 30 people) went for a stay in 1st week of April. The guy at the reception was too arrogant to describe. He should learn to respect other people first. What happened was “We first booked around 8 to 10 rooms (non-AC) for 30 people (don't know the exact number) online that to 10 days prior. Once we check-in, we noticed that some of the fans were running slow. Then took it to the receptionist's notice. He sent the guy for repair. At the same time, we made an enquiry about AC rooms. Room service guy said that it costs 500 more for that. We were okay with and again went to the receptionist for changing the room. He said it was 1000 rs extra. We said that the room service guy told us 500 extra. Then he got tensed suddenly and started yelling at us. We asked him to be with some good manners. His BP shoot up again and shouting us to check out the room and threw the bill on us.” I have never seen this kind of guy ever in my life. It seems like the receptionist is also a owner for the property. Even he might be the owner, what happened to us is not fair at all.

Nice and calm place with good views from the rooms towards the temple or the backside hills and also it a budget stay for students and may if you're a student you can also get some special discounts.

One day stay. Family of 3. Room was barebone, too simple to be a 2 star hotel. Beds were decent. Blankets were good. Bathroom was big, spacious, well cleaned, BUT, the comod in the bathroom had some issue. When your press the flush the comod gets cleaned good with full force but after 10 minutes it starts smelling as if the dirty water came back. So flushed it thrice before using it. No phone to call up reception and it says 2 star hotel. They gave a button which should work as a bell to the reception to call up room service. They never came to room even when used the button multiple times. I had to go to reception to get any small information. Cupboard is just a namesake. Use it if you don't have heavy luggage. But the hotel is too close to Murudeshwar Temple Beach. AC was working great. Ventilation was good. Hot water supply only in the morning, 5AM 11AM. Food was given as agreed in the travel package but it was not worth 2 star level. Food provided was just equivalent to eating in a small road side dhaba. Don't expect much from food. Our Travel Agency was helpful here also in arranging the food just on call. Short staffed for a 2 star hotel. Had to carry our luggage to rooms and out while leaving checking in.
