La cuisine est très savoureuse, le service (en allemand, peut-être anglais) agréable. Le menu du jour, une soupe, une salade et un plat, vaut la peine. Mention spéciale au filet de chevreuil, servi avec du beurre à l'ail des ours et une croustillante galette de röstis.

We stopped at lunch at this hotel unaware of what we would find. a little worried, given the menu and seen the prices, we decided to moderate our orders. but the courses surprised us. beautiful, plentiful, gratifying, beautiful meat skewers that looked like swords. good service for children. excellent cheeses, great grappas. in the end we were very well in this place equipped with clean services and very courteous staff. the account as we imagined was a little salty....it was still a good experience.

The restaurant is located in a beautiful valley next to an old monastery.The food is very delicious. the rösti must be tasted. the staff are very friendly.
