Chipotle Mexican Grill - Nanuet

Seriously disappointed in my local chipotle!! The quality of the food has seriously decreased since they originally opened. First off, the food is always icy cold!! It’s very rare to get a warm/hot bowl. The chicken steak is also sometimes so tough and old that I can’t even chew through it!!! I have to spit it out. I’ve been given bowls where the rice is in chunks like rice balls. And let me tell you!!! Forget about ordering online for delivery!!! THEY GIVE YOU SCRAPS. They won’t fill the bowl up when you get it delivered. IVE GIVEN THIS CHIPOTLE MANYYYY CHANCES, BUT IM FINALLY DONE. YOU WONT GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN. THIS IS SERIOUSLY DISGUSTING. THIS CHIPOTLE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!! IM VERY UPSET WITH THIS “ESTABLISHMENT”

Super disappointed in this location, I go here all the time, the food is good, but the workers have no customer service etiquette. Also 3 customers including myself came at 9:54pm, 9:56pm and 9:57pm and doors were locked. Closing time is at 10pm, doors should be locked at 10pm.

There's a reason this place has a low rating. Food isn't fresh. Service is trash. The orders are always wrong. Just go to the west Nyack. You have a better chance there.

To be completely honestly, the only thing consistent about this location, is the fact that they are inconsistent, and there has always been more lack of customer service, wrong orders, and cross contamination, than there will be the positive opposite.I’ve grown tired of giving this location chances.There’s a great location at the mall, this place is a mess.
