Hop Hing's Kitchen - Napa

Ya know what Napa is missing? Good American Chinese food with no frills. Well guess what this place is: exactly that. This is NOT a place you’d want to dine in, nor does this place even look very nice in general, also this food is not that healthy, but not necessarily unhealthy.This is your local version of Panda Express, but better! For one, this place has some solid flavor, definitely more tasty than what you’d find at panda. Second, this is locally run so it’s nice to support the little guy, just beware this comes with little guy prices (about $1 or more compared to panda). Lastly, very generous serving sizes; much larger portions compared to panda.Is this food gonna win awards? Absolutely not. Does it scratch that American Chinese food itch? 110%. Is it healthy? It American Chinese food. Would I recommend this place?If you like Panda Express, this exactly that but better. The place itself isn’t very appealing, so I recommend grabbing it to-go and eating outside (they have outdoor tables). I’ll definitely be coming back.

My only wish is that they could be open on weekends. The food is just as good (or better) than any seat-down Chinese place in napa. What she lacks in options that make them out in quick flash service and good prices. The ladies who work there are super beautiful and will stack your box full of food.

They have come here for years and have remained consistent with quality and service. Wonderful people make great food. Defeat the Snot from Panda.
