I got the tacos carne asada and when it came out it was literally tortillas and meat that's it (even though the menu said served with beans and pico de gallo). Asked for the pico de gallo and was then charged separately for it when we got our check. Willing to give the place another chance because I love mexican food, but I'm hoping that the food and service will be better next time.
Expensive containers. I just ordered from La Hacienda and they told me that they charge for chips and salsa that I did not order and that they charge for the containers as well when I initially called the restaurant to order they hung up on me which resulted in me having to come to the restaurant the food is decent customer service is s
It would be better fresh. I wish there was a choice of so-so as rating. eating was nothing special. the service was good. but my real bark is over this place that I wish that the food was freshly cooked. I ordered fajitas and they came out faster than it would take time to get a mcdonald’s drive-thru. the wobbles and paprika were boiled to death so they know that everything was sitting there on the grill waiting for my order. Come on, cook fresh!
This is our favorite Mexican restaurant! The salsa is fantastic, spicy with lots of flavor but not too hot. Food never fails to please. I saw negative review about the chimichanga but that sounds nothing like the chimichanga we always order (it is picured). The staff is incredibly friendly and many of them know us as regulars. The 2 for 1 margarita Monday has become almost a tradition for us.
Not impressed. I will not be going back. The chimichanga was an open flour tortilla with bland chicken and no cheese inside....the chile rellenos(sp tasted like pure freezer burn. Very disappointed.
