Lazy staff, always slow. Always filthy in the seating area. Frequently watched employees doing side work instead of making orders.

I've called a dozen times today, to place a large order to pick up in the morning, and no one will answer the phone.

Ordered ahead and waited 25 minutes and had to leave without my drink Edit: reaching out to customer service is helpful
