Contribuer aux commentairesNew remodelled store, following McDonalds touchscreens totems and no free refill soda machines. Usually fast service but bathrooms need more attention. It is a busy area, so avoid peak hours.
I must say, this particular McDonald's stands above the rest. Not only is the drive through open 24/7 but the fries are always hot, food is delivered with the same level of expected consistency and workers Anna and Emily go above and beyond. Their professionalism is noteworthy and their enthusiasm towards customers makes a lasting impression which naturally brings McDonald's lovers, back. They deserve a raise for their terrific tutelage. Thank you for making this location a Wednesday post game tradition ?
Worst customer service by a bully manager. If he cannot respect customers, it’s concerning how he treats the staff. Upper management should seriously investigate the manager whose first initial is B to make sure, first and foremost, employees are not being mistreated particularly that many of them are young teenagers. Steps are already underway to address the incident in question.
This is the worst macdonalds ever and I am honestly dissatisfied with how my root beer was flat as I went through the drive thru. I then went in and there were about 25 staff but not even half of them were working. They were chatting up talking about things nobody cares about and I waited around 15 minutes for a refill. that is honestly pathetic and something needs to be done like maybe not having high school kids working when they can’t do their job.
45 min drive thru for a kids happy meal. Don’t do it. Just go somewhere else. Awful.UPDATE LOL after all that wait, missing yogourt, missing extra hash brown that I paid for, missing straw for my iced coffee…. WHAT ARE YOUR 20 employees doing? WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING SO MANY PEOPLE WORKING WHEN YOU CANT EVEN HANDLE A HAPPY MEAL LOLOL ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY ITS JUST EMBARRASSING
