Contribuer aux commentairesWe have been staying at this hotel since 2002 when we first traveled to Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It has changed ownership in the past 5 years making this experience different. Our 9 night stay started normally, except for the fact we didn't interact with staff until we had been there 2 nights. We had a partial roll of toilet paper when we checked in, but the morning after night 2 we were out without a spare anywhere. Housekeeping did not speak English and had difficulty understanding our limited German. My German aunt called the owner and he said we could meet with his associate at 3pm. The associates were a young girl and her slightly older brother. We wanted to speak with the owner to clarify breakfast issues we were experiencing as well as get the wifi password as advertised. We never got these issues clarified, and the breakfast certificate for the bakery wasn't correct. We had NO IDEA what breakfast choices we had. No wifi access the 9 days, 1 cup of coffee in the morning, and the children not being able to take our credit card to pay for the rooms which used up our Euro currency on the second day made for a disappointing visit.
