Shogun Japanese Grill Sushi

Excellent everytime. Plenty of flavor. Big portion. Followed special instructions perfectly. I highly recommend this plate.

I ordered the Bonzai Banzai Dinner (ST-CK-SHP), the steak was cooked way past doneness and tasted rubbery and the chicken was as tough as leather. Theres no option on door dash to get fried rice with the meal, so it has to be ordered separately and costs twice as much. The sushi roll was also just thrown together and falling apart. It was smothered in spicy mayo, which waa NOT mentioned on the menu and had it been I would have never ordered it. I hate spicy mayo. Worst of all, it was packaged so HORRIBLY, that sauces were either leaking out or had completely opened up during transport, saturating all the containers and leaving no sauces left aside from sitting in the bottom of the grocery bag. Extremely unhappy and unsatisfied for the cost of food!!

Ordered large combo fried rice(beef, chicken and shrimp) with no onions and they prepared it as requested. It was huge portion enough for way more than 1 person. Was perfectly cooked with lots of flavor. Will definitely order again.

The shaggy dog is usually my favorite but I think they forgot to put the sauce on top or something. Chicken crunch roll was surprisingly good

Store was 45 mins late from our scheduled delivery. Dasher was waiting at store for order to be completed. Also store was out of yakosoba and no one contacted me and just had to figure it out when order arrived. Very disappointed!
