Boil Shack (new Hartford)

We ordered 1lb of king crab and 1lb of snow crab, there was no way it was a 1lb of each. we were told there was no corn, but 2 orders after us had corn. half of what we wanted they were out of. for the price we paid you would think you would have actual plates and silver wear, but instead it was all plastic throw away. the lady taking our order had no idea what was what. overall not impressed at all. we could have bought all the stuff at wegmans and made our own, been stuffed full and saved money!

This was the worst experience from boil shack ever The. Flavor was disgusting the smell poor the spice wasn’t even there. You have just lost a weekly customer as I have been dining with boil shack New Hartford since you opened. Some change is good but what you have done is turn a good menu to a poor business decision… Your old customer bids you farewell

Prices did went up a few dollars but seafood was great as always. P.s , combo 2 is worth it

Food was fresh. The staff were so friendly and the food was so delicious! I go there every chance I get!!

I would never go there nomore it was my first time going and hours later I got sick and now i got food poisoning after that I wouldn't recommend people to go and eat
