Carmella's Cafe - NEW HARTFORD

I couldn't have had a better experience at Caremella's Cafe this trip! We made a reservation for 8 about 45 min ahead of time (surprised this was eve possible). We even got there about 15 min early and they were able to seat us immediately (we were coming from an event and the travel time was unpredictable). The service was outstanding, the food was great, and the prices were awesome (esp the free dinner for children on a Sunday). The waitress was amazing; we had a great time.

This was our first time at Carmella's but it won't be our last. We loved everything about our visit. The restaurant is very welcoming with it's decor and vibe, the menu has a lot of great options, the food was excellent, and the prices very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this as a great place for a great meal.

The plates and wine glasses were dirty and sticky. The poor waitress was very busy and didn’t get back to our table forever. When she did she had attitude about the dirty dishes with us. We asked for extra napkins or a wet cloth. Got napkins after 4 asks.

Great consistent food with local favorites. Their chicken riggies are the best in the area.

We has an excellent meal served by a fantastic waitress. She was so friendly and gave us good recommendations. Our grilled fish was outstanding, and so was the red house wine.
