Kfc - NEW HARTFORD

Made an online order for my mother?s birthday. Got there and the app said my order was ready for pickup only one other person was in store waiting. Got my food at the ?quick pick up kiosk,? mine was the only order there. Got home and three items of myorder were missing: including my mother?s meal FOR HER OWN birthday. When in store, there was no indication that there wassupposed to be another bag of food, nor did anyone mention that that they did not complete my order. The food we were given wasrubbery and dry. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no one would pick up. It?s fast food so we didn?t expect much,but were still disappointed.

Absolutely horrible I've had little problem with KFC, they had plenty of time to make food and a hour later then they canceled my order. Never ordering delivery from this KFC again.

The new Hartford KFC is not somewhere I?d eat again. The tables are sticky and greasy, you can see soda stains on the floor and the machines. And they are very very slow I didn?t even want to sit in the chairs. 1/5 for me

I was there about an hour ago and we ordered a large mashed potato and got a teeny thing of it and not even a mix match of chicken in new hartford, also I waited 35-45 mins for my chicken

Went threw drive threw. Speaker was breaking up bad. There was a very tight left turn going threw the drive threw little tight for full size but would be fine for a car. Food was good
