Low customer service. I stood there for 15 minutes, while two employees never said a word to me or have commanded me, they simply ignored me and went over her business as if I wasn't there. I went and went to another subway. I will never go back to this place
The server were nice enough, but their service is sucked. we were 40 minutes before we were finished with everything, because there was only one server and the other did not come from behind until we were almost finished, and they argued right in front of us customers and even sworn.
I sent my boyfriend to subway to get me a sandwich today (4/4/22 around 430-5). While eating it, I was telling him how well it was made and that every bite was “a good bite.” He then told me it was a young kid with glasses that made it and how super nice and polite he was. I just want to say that subway needs to give him a raise and protect him at all costs.
Absolutely awful staff. Notated my order through the app as complete only to start on it on arrival. The lady working on my order, Lisa, used the wrong type of chicken for a sub, then argued with me when I showed her my order and refused to re-make the sandwich. I've worked retail most of my life so it takes a lot for me to come on a forum and complain but this was well deserved. The level of incompetence I saw this evening needs to be documented.
