Tan-cha Arcadia - Avis

Came there before 12 pm and didn’t realize that they only open at 12. Only one staff was there and she seemed busy and not welcoming. The tea was good though.

They are super nice and the drinks are really good!

I came at 9:30pm on Saturday because Yelp says they close at 10pm, but when I arrived the guy in the back said they close 30 minutes early. If that was the case...
