This restaurant is a fantastic spot for a quick snack. The prices are very reasonable, and I doubt I could find a $4 slice anywhere else so close to downtown. They also offer vegetarian options, such as vegan cheese pizza.
The pizza at this restaurant is tasty, but I do not recommend going here during Mardi Gras parades. The service is poor and they refuse to let you use the restroom even if you order pizza. Additionally, despite Google stating they open at 11:30, they do not actually open until 1 PM during the parades. I suggest going to True Food instead.
We found this place walking on our recent trip to NOLA. It is delicious and the staff is beyond amazing. The atmosphere is so nice and chill! Also the prices are super good especially when so much in NOLA is really expensive. Also my husband loved the free Mortal Kombat game
No where near as good as the original in Greenpoint, Bkln. Not even close. Still, a nice reminder of what to me is home. Staff was completely apathetic about service or customer experience. No real acknowledgement at the counter upon arrival or ordering, no thank you on departure. Folks just hanging out on the curb having a good time. Just weird. But very Brooklyn in that kind of awful way that is stereotyped. So it could be what they are going for I say that having lived in Williamsburg for 16 years. As for the pizza, I gotten Freddie Prinze square and half the thickness was cheese. So for me the balance was way off. And I ended up having to pick a lot of the cheese off, which I don't often do. Oh well. It's no doubt very good by NOLA standards but it could be incredible with some quality control.
