Tartine is a cafe just blocks away from Audubon Park. It is the perfect place for a quiet breakfast (at least when I went on a weekday morning. The first thing you notice is the scent of smoked turkey and bacon wafting from the restaurant. There are plenty of outdoor tables to bring your four-legged friend. The food is fantastic. I had the baked eggs in Brioche. It was hearty and delicious. I ordered a page of bacon that was perfectly crispy. Tartine draws to the top of my list for breakfast places, as the food is great and it is away from the bustle of tourists near the neighborhood.
Okay. All right? Here's what you do.. You get your lady, jump in the car and get a bagel ox and add a poached egg in Brioche bacon. Two ice cream coffees with cream. Take this over the Audubon Park and you sit there and take the best breakfast around and the beautiful scenery. That's what you do. Tartine is crazy about AWESOME!
A hidden small place for breakfast/lunch/Brunch. Exceptional menu with a delicious taste. Everything's fresh and up. Very friendly staff and reasonable price! Recommended?
I so love this little neighborhood gem. The food is always excellent and I absolutely love that they keep it interesting by offering great daily specials. I just enjoyed a chicken feta and strawberry salad over arugula! It was divine!
