Mcdonald's - New York

The food was disappointing; I received a Big Mac with only one patty instead of two—just three pieces of bread. Additionally, my friend didn't get the toy that was supposed to come with his Big Mac. To top it off, the person taking my order made a face at me, which felt rude. On a positive note, the atmosphere is pleasant and the place has a nice, relaxed vibe.

This place is terrible. The staff constantly gets orders wrong, and the manager seems indifferent to fixing them. I ordered two double cheeseburgers without pickles, but I received regular cheeseburgers instead. When I informed the manager about the mistake, she simply said "okay" and went to the back, acting like my order didn't matter at all. I ended up waiting half an hour for my two burgers, and my 6-year-old daughter had to sit by herself the whole time because our bags were left on the table.

When I visit this location, I typically place my order on my phone and take the food home. While the food and service are satisfactory, I often feel unsafe due to the people hanging around outside the establishment. During my last visit, a woman—who appeared to be a drug addict—dragged a large chain out the door and chased someone down the street. Upon returning, she was mumbling something about drugs. I kept to myself and left as soon as my order was ready. Now I see why there are negative reviews.

Good service and the food ? Meh. But it?s McDonald?s.

I went in for breakfast. There were about 6 people there. I know some were employees, I believe 1 was a security guard, and it seemed like maybe 1 or 2 customers. Everyone was just socializing with each other. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged for a while and my order was taken without any real consideration.
