The pub had a good selection of beverages and plenty of TVs for sports fans, without being overwhelming. The highlight of our visit was the food - we ordered classic fish and chips along with a traditional beef stew prepared in Guinness. The Irish bread was fresh and delicious, and the fish and chips were exceptional. The fish was flaky and fresh, encased in a light and crispy batter. The chips were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crunch. The beef stew was hearty and flavorful, with tender meat and perfectly cooked vegetables. The addition of peas added a nice pop of flavor. The service was excellent, and the draft Guinness was top-notch. Overall, we were impressed with the food and service at this establishment. Well done!
My wife had a good meal, but unfortunately my fish and chips were awful. They were soggy and wet. For an Irish pub, you would expect better quality. The noise level was too high, but that's to be expected in Times Square.
However, there were some drawbacks. The menu was limited and lacked variety. Additionally, the TVs were not directly in front of the bar, making it inconvenient for those wanting to watch a game. The food also seemed to be not as fresh as I would have liked, possibly pre-prepared and frozen. Overall, this is a great place to dine that offers good value for money and has a sophisticated feel. The staff is friendly and accommodating, although there is room for improvement in terms of food quality. If you find yourself at the bar, be sure to ask for Sam and Domao as they provide excellent service.
Loved this bar, visited nearly every night in New York. Staff very helpful, food was really nice and just a really nice atmosphere. Well worth a visit for food or just drinks.
I have been to the place in the past and have enjoyed the food and drink. The cocktails are amazing and it is one of a few places I have found that serves Ginger Beer. My recent visit I got the specials of the day which were the Toscana Soup and the Grilled Mahi Mahi. Both were very tasty. My waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. The overall atmosphere of the place is great. I will definitely come again.
